As an avid reader and advocate for education, he has volunteered with BETA Club, FBLA and NHS programs for the past three years, working closely with his peers to make a difference. Chase is committed to using his love of literature to help children who face challenges in accessing quality education. With a vision for an inclusive and empowering literacy program, Chase aims to create a space where children can discover the joys of reading and learn to excel academically, no matter their circumstances.

2. Jackson Jordan-Fancher – Co-Founder & CFO

Jackson, an 18-year-old high school senior, is driven by his desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners. Having witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by children in underfunded schools, Jackson decided to use his skills and experience to address the growing literacy gap. As Co-Founder of the Chinese National Honor Society "CNHS", a member of FBLA, NSHSS and an NHS volunteer, he has always had a heart to help. Jackson believes that literacy is the foundation for all learning and is passionate about ensuring that every child, regardless of background, has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Jackson loves to draw and build so he brings creativity, and organizational skills to the team.

3. Milan Jordan-Fancher – Co-Founder & COO

Milan Jordan-Fancher is a 14-year-old student who has always had a deep passion for storytelling and supporting others. Growing up, Milan recognized that not all children have the same privileges so she understands the impact that access to books and tutoring could have on a child’s future. As a tutor for younger students, a member of NJHS, she developed a strong understanding of the unique needs of children struggling with literacy.

In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Milan focuses on building connections with local schools, libraries, and community centers to ensure that their program reaches as many children as possible. She is determined to create lasting change by making quality literacy support accessible to children in need.

Together, Chase, Jackson, and Milan form a passionate team committed to empowering the next generation of readers. Through their new nonprofit, they hope to make literacy not just an opportunity, but a pathway to brighter futures for less fortunate children.
